The Solution Centre has been busy with the deployment of our newest product called Remote Managed Care (RMC). Our product provides not only a great antivirus, but also the ability to monitor and report anomalies and errors. Along with daily reporting, Remote Managed Care allows us to gain access to your computer (with your permission) to fix problems, apply patches and initiate normal maintenance routines without you having to do anything.
Imagine having a highly trained IT staff attending your computer daily for a small monthly fee. This really is "computing at its best."
The Solution Centre and associates bring years of computing experience and certifications to your situation.
The Solution Centre is also launching our own cloud based backup service called "bacITup" for your convenience. This product is currently in final user testing and will be available shortly.

To get started with your Remote Managed Care solution, call or email us for an appointment. Initial setup is $55.00 which includes the software installation, first month's service fee and 1 hour of remote support.
Recurring monthly software fee is $5.00 per workstation and $25.00 per server. Support hours are not included in the monthly fee.
Custom plans can be created which include technical support hours to meet your needs.
