What is required for this service?
While talking to the technician you will be
instructed to download a small utility
from our web site and execute it on your
computer. You have complete control
and never loose sight of your important
documents.
What types of repairs can we accomplish over
the internet? Almost anything
pertaining to software installs, updates or
adjustments.
HOW TO: Instructional
education is also available. You can
have one-on-one instruction and either watch
the technician accomplish the task or have
the technician guide you in a learning
session.

Insure your internet connection is running
and you can access the following web address

Have a phone available to
talk to the technician.

Have a list of issues that you would like to
have fixed. (Suggest you use the
software NOTEPAD
and place the file on the desktop for easy
review by the tech)
4. Download the
software file as instructed by the
technician and place it
on the desktop or click on the link in the
email that has been sent to you. This file
is the small module that is necessary for
the remote session. Execute the downloaded file.
5. Enter the numbers given to you by the tech
into the software you just downloaded and
executed. This is an authorization
process allowing us to work on your
computer.
6.
Work with the technician as the issues are
solved and corrected.

The Solution Centre has been providing
technical support to homes and small
business users since 1991 and has a vast
knowledge of computer systems and software.
Billing is charged by the tenth of a minute
from the time the call starts to the time the
interactive session or conversation ends.
All billing is electronic and is measured
in tenths of a minute. Bills are sent
electronically to your email address and are
due in 10 days. There is a 15 minute minimum
and the hourly rate is $65.00 per hour
which is less than the shop rate or in-home rates.
